Does wwe need to create a new jeff hardy or bring back the current one?

I say if jeff is proven innocent he needs to fuuuuuucccccckkkkkkk tna and come back to wwe cause they will not give him a real push and he is more talented than the whole roster (with the exeption of kurt and aj) when shane helms signs with tna they need to have jeff and helms in a tag team and have them beat beer money or the mcmg for the tag titles hey if they would give mick foley the tna title they could give jeff a belt
