My pastor told me that frozen man found that is supposed to be 15,000 year old is fake?

He says its a giant scientific conspiracy to disprove the fact that the world is 6000 years old. He also that that petrified wood is not very old either because god set a magical fire to some forest to petrify the wood. Is this true?
