What can I do if I buy a used snowmobile in michigan that turns out to be junk?

The seller ured me when I rode it that it was just cold and that 4 strokes needed to warm up before they will really run. Once I got the sled home it was still boggy so I checked the compresion and 2 cylinders are down. What can I do?
