I received a notification that I have won some British pounds Sterling from Yahoo/MSN lottery does anyone know

I had a contact by the name of Joel Blair and he verifed my numbers as winners and asked me if I was coming to the U.K. or using Elite courier service to collect my money. This was a random drawing from people who are Yahoo email users he explained and is drawn once a month. Has anyone gone further and been asked for money up front.
