Is The Icon Sting Overrated?

I agree with you on both points. Firstly, Sting in WCW was nearly unstoppable. In my eyes he was the best wrestler in the company and was very entertaining. It is no secret that WCW would not have achieved a lot of its success if it were not for Sting. With that being said, Sting now is past his prime. The gimmick is beaten down and he doesn't have the drive that he used to have, in my opinion. Mick Foley needs to hang it up immediately before he kills himself. The guy has done so much for the business and now it's time for him to sit back and reap the benefits. I don't watch TNA very often, but Sting vs. Foley will not live up to the hype if there is any. Now back in the 90s that match could have been great.
