My Iguana can barely eat.....?

The obvious is to take him to a vet.Just wondering if any one has had this problem?Please let me know what happened and the cost of a vet's care.His cheeks are puffy.You can see the pink from the side of his mouth.His face looks like he wants to attack.I'm sure he doesn't want to.Serious answers are most appreciated.Thanks in advance!!
