Severe dental damage from eating disorder?

My daughter is 21. At about 14 she became anorexic and bulemic. We struggled for years with both. At about 18 she stabilized, but her teeth are all rotting now from the vomiting. It's almost impossible for her to eat solid foods now. We have seen many dentists, but the cost is about $35K, which there is no way we can afford. Any suggestions?
