Should I let it be known that my girlfriend is a Behavior yst (psychology position) to co workers/ex wife?

My ex is a Scientologist. I have a son with her and we share 50-50 custody. I work for a company that uses LRH Admin Tech and the owner and many execs are Scientologists. I am afraid that my career and more importantly my working relationship with my ex will be affected and will affect my triangular parenting situation. If I do not reveal, how can I bring my GF around and what should she be that will not jeopardize things?
