My car was totaled by a drunk driver w/o insurance. What are my options for pursuing this guy?

Last week, this wasted guy plowed in to my car and three others that were parked in front of our complex. Mine's officially totaled and my insurance is cutting me a check for what they think it's worth. Found out today that this guy doesn't have insurance. I loved my car and would like for this guy to face some consequences for his actions. But what can I do? And if you're reading this, dude - you really messed up! I'm glad you're not hurt and didn't hurt or kill anyone, but not cool!
